Description
Why Did I Design This Course?
As yoga teachers, we all want the best for our students.
A major part of this responsibility is reducing the risk of injury in yoga classes.
However, the reality is that even after completing 200-hour teacher trainings, many of us still lack sufficient anatomical understanding and practical tools to properly manage injuries or adapt practices safely.
This course was created specifically to fill that educational gap.
In this training, you will gain essential tools, applied knowledge, and practical skills so you can:
- Prevent injuries in yoga practice
- Adapt poses and sequences to meet students’ individual needs
- Work confidently and professionally with common physical challenges
- Stay within the ethical and professional scope of a yoga teacher
— without stepping into the role of a doctor or physiotherapist.
