45-Hour Teaching Methodology & Art of Sequencing Course

45-Hour Teaching Methodology & Art of Sequencing Course

Yoga Alliance Approved | Fully Offline

Yoga teaching is not meant to be stressful.

It is meant to be guided by clarity, confidence, and enjoyment.

Many yoga teachers—even experienced ones—face these challenges:

  • Feeling anxious before class begins
  • Not knowing exactly where to start a class or how to guide it to completion
  • Verbal cueing that is either too long or scattered
  • Uncertainty between creativity and safety when sequencing
  • Feeling like they are improvising rather than teaching with awareness

This course is designed specifically to address these challenges.
